Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12-14 oz.) shredded angel hair cabbage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, add cabbage.
  2. In a separate container, add mayo, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. Whisk to smooth
  3. Add mayo mixture to cabbage and toss well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated.
  4. ENJOY!
